How do I rent the clubhouse?

As of October 1, 2019, you can contact Denise Larsen at rdslarsen@hotmail.com or 951-833-3698 for reserving the clubhouse and she would meet with you at the clubhouse with the forms.

Please Note Clubhouse reservation is restricted to residents only… Clubhouse is reserved on first come with confirmed application and security deposit.

Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit and completed reservation form. Homeowner must be current with dues for clubhouse reseration.

Check should be made payable to:Rose Hill Upstate HOA

Deposit: please make a check in the amount of $100.00 for security deposit.Your original security deposit check will be returned with in 2- 3 days, upon inspection of the clubhouse.

Please make a separate Rental Fee check of $50.00.
Rental Fees are Non-Refundable, unless cancellation is made within 48 hours if booking .

Please contact Denise Larsen 2 days prior to your function, to arrange for your personal key fob to be activated for the clubhouse entry. Please keep in mind, access to the clubhouse is restricted to actual date of reservation. (12:00 am-11:59 pm) All personal items brought in during your use of the Clubhouse, needs to be removed by the end of your rental day.

Please leave the Clubhouse the way you got it if you would like your deposit back.
